Cancellation Policy

We agrees to provide video production services as outlined in the project proposal, including but not limited to filming, editing, and delivery of final video content on the agreed date and in the agreed format. A **50% non-refundable deposit** is required upon signing to secure the production date, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of final files — no files will be released until payment is received in full. Client is responsible for providing timely feedback, securing all necessary talent releases and location permits, and ensuring all third-party materials are properly licensed. Any changes to scope or deliverables after production has begun are subject to a written change order and may incur additional fees. AGUYB Studios retains the right to use a reasonable portion of the finished work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot date forfeit 100% of the project fee. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration in Duval County, Florida. By signing or approving this Agreement electronically, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated herein. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & POSTPONEMENT The following cancellation policy applies from the date written notice is received by AGUYB Studios: 30 or more days before shoot date — Deposit retained; no additional charge 15–29 days before shoot date — Deposit retained + 25% of remaining balance due 8–14 days before shoot date — Deposit retained + 50% of remaining balance due 0–7 days before shoot date — 100% of total project fee is due and non-refundable Rescheduling requests submitted 72 or more hours in advance are honored once at no additional charge. Subsequent reschedules, or any request made within 72 hours of the shoot, are subject to a rescheduling fee of $150–$500 depending on crew size and production logistics.
