Each of our sets comfortably accommodates up to 4 on‑camera guests at a time. That keeps framing, lighting and audio dialed in to our standard for every session.
Parking and building access details are included in your booking confirmation email once your session is scheduled. If you can’t find us on arrival, call or text (904) 738‑4860 and we’ll walk you in.
Every session runs on a 3‑camera cinema setup with a full professional lighting kit (key, fill, hair and accent lights) and broadcast‑quality microphones on an isolated multi‑track soundboard. Add‑ons like a teleprompter, extra cameras, additional microphones, live editing and livestreaming to social platforms are available on request.
You’ll receive your raw video files and isolated audio tracks via a secure Google Drive link within 72 hours of your session. Files stay available for 30 days.
You’re welcome to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time. If the session before yours is still running, please wait in our reception area, our team will greet you and bring you in once your set is ready.
Yes, if the schedule allows and there’s no session booked right after yours. Additional time is billed the same day by card.
Email guybertho@aguybstudios.com or call (904) 738‑4860. More than 48 hours’ notice gets a full refund or studio credit, 24 to 48 hours’ notice gets a 50% refund, and less than 24 hours’ notice is non‑refundable. Need to reschedule instead? You can do that once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Up to 4 guests can be on camera, with 2 included at no extra charge and $100 per person after that. You’re also welcome to bring your production team, they can wait in our reception area to keep the recording space quiet. For larger productions, contact us for a custom quote.

Yes, our sets are set up to support Riverside remote recording. Just make sure your Riverside account is upgraded to record at 4K before your session, and our team handles the rest.

Not at all. Our studio is built for video podcasts, corporate storytelling and testimonials, training and explainer videos, short‑form social content, and commercial production. If your project doesn’t fit neatly into one category, email guybertho@aguybstudios.com and we’ll work out a custom quote.
