These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your booking and use of the AGUYB Studios video podcast and content studio in Jacksonville, Florida, and your use of aguybstudios.com. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, booking a session, or otherwise using our website or studio, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are booking on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. The Studio and Equipment

Your studio rental includes access to our space and standard equipment package, which includes: three 4K professional cameras for multi-angle coverage, a wireless microphone system, a Shure studio microphone, a professional audio mixer, three studio lights with softboxes, and light stands, along with multiple set configurations inside the studio. Access is provided for up to 10 people during your session unless a different capacity is agreed in advance. Available equipment and set configurations may be updated from time to time; current details are listed on our Pricing and Sets pages.

3. Booking and Payment

Studio time is booked and paid for through our online booking system. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, depending on the tier or package selected. Prices for hourly rentals and bundles are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change; the price shown at the time you complete your booking is the price that applies to your session.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is:

More than 48 hours’ notice: full refund or studio credit, your choice.
24 to 48 hours’ notice: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule instead of canceling, you may do so once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. To cancel or reschedule, email guybertho@aguybstudios.com or call (904) 738‑4860.

5. Studio Hours and Access

Studio hours and available booking windows are shown live in our online booking calendar at the time you schedule your session. Parking and building access details are included in your booking confirmation email once your session is scheduled. If you can’t find us on arrival, call or text (904) 738‑4860 and we’ll walk you in.

6. Client Conduct and Studio Rules

Clients and their guests are expected to treat the studio, equipment, and any AGUYB staff or crew with respect. You agree to: arrive on time so your session doesn’t run past your booked window; use studio equipment only as directed by AGUYB staff; avoid bringing food, drink, or materials that could damage equipment or sets without prior approval; and be responsible for any guests, talent, or crew you bring on-site. AGUYB reserves the right to end a session early, without refund, if conduct on-site is unsafe, abusive, or materially damaging to the space or equipment.

7. Damage and Liability

Client is responsible for damage to studio equipment, sets, or property caused by Client, Client’s guests, talent, or crew during a booked session, beyond normal wear and use. AGUYB is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property brought into the studio by Client or Client’s guests. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGUYB’s total liability arising from any booking is limited to the amount Client paid for that session.

8. Portfolio and Promotional Rights

How AGUYB may use video, photo, audio, or written material produced during your session for our portfolio, website, or marketing is governed by our separate Portfolio & Promotional Rights Addendum, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You select your tier (Standard Client, Confidential Client, or No‑Publicity Client) at the time of booking.

9. Ownership of Content

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written production agreement, Client owns the final delivered footage, photos, or audio from their session. AGUYB retains ownership of raw, unedited footage and behind‑the‑scenes material, subject to the usage rights Client grants under the Portfolio & Promotional Rights Addendum described above.

10. Force Majeure

AGUYB is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, equipment failure despite reasonable maintenance, illness, or other events outside our control. In such cases, we will work with Client in good faith to reschedule at no additional charge.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal or operational reasons. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our website or studio after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
