Our team arrives with equipment and begins setup. Please provide 1 hour of access before recording for setup and load‑in.

On-site podcast production is $1,500 per hour of recording, which includes a 1-hour setup window and a 1-hour breakdown window. Fixed-price packages are also available: $2,000 for a 2-hour session and $2,500 for a 3-hour session.
Every on-site session includes 3-camera video capture, up to 4 isolated microphone tracks, a professional lighting setup, and an on-site production operator. You receive all raw video files and isolated audio tracks via secure delivery within 72 hours.
We travel throughout Jacksonville and the surrounding area, including Downtown Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, Orange Park, St. Augustine, and Fernandina Beach. Locations outside this range may include an additional travel fee, confirmed before booking.
